Burrows has taken over the reins in the kitchen at curve cafe + bar – Vibe Hotel Darwin Waterfront’s dining hot spot.
Burrows’ first move in the new role has been to unveil a brand new menu which has been dictated by the very best local produce that Darwin has to offer. Burrows and his team have created dishes brimming with the flavours of Darwin and the NT which are set to delight. Cue fresh tapas plates, generous pizzas, satisfying mains and delicious desserts.
Burrows brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his new role at curve. At the Hanuman Restaurant Group, in the position of Corporate Executive Chef, he oversaw the teams at various high profile Hanuman restaurants and was the Executive Chef at Il Lido Restaurant. Now returning to his roots in hotels, he has worked for IHG in both Darwin and Melbourne.
